CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC05

I loved this unit. I am a big fan of data and using it to help inform what changes need to be made for improvement. Having tools, such as survey and analysis templates will be extremely helpful for my work with clients in the future. The piece that stands out the most for me is the root cause analysis. As a wellness specialist, I’ve often felt that my work can be seen as bandaid solution, when there are internal factors at play that affect employee health and wellness. I’m happy to have this tool, which will allow me to have a bigger impact for my clients.
