CWHP-A Reflections: Unit WWC05

I have enjoyed this first level of certification and have learned so much. The articles and samples have provided great learnings that I can take and apply to our organization.

I am in the process of building a HR Strategy which will encompass many of the learnings from this unit.

I have learned the importance of including all stakeholders in the plan and for staff engagement so that see themselves as owing the plan. I am excited to continue with my learnings and to apply what I have learned so far.
