Creating cultures of connection and inclusion

Transformational leadership is key to creating a culture of caring and wellness.


We have two constants in our world: change and uncertainty. As the world around us is changing, how we do things need to change.


As humans, we do not like change. We often choose comfort over courage and expect different end results.


In order to create inclusive safe spaces, we need to have connection, collaboration, mutual trust and respect, along with the courage to embrace our diversity as a strength.


As we learn to unlearn and relearn in order to do things differently, working to create meaningful connections and ways to dispell the notion of "work at work and home stays at home".
