CWHP-P Reflection: Unit WHPP01

While it was long, this has been my favourite module so far. I think leadership and building leaders is my favourite topic and something I have been engaged in lately – as they are the key for transforming culture, and are my key focus. I was reminded that the biggest opportunity for our teams are around creating collective purpose, alignment to organization and understanding how our work contributes. I am running with the learning and incorporating it into our Courageous Coffee Conversations with leaders – a brave space for collaboration and sharing and growing alongside each other by creating a learning environment and holding space. The vision is this will grow into a coaching circle in the future, but for now is a great space for leaders to come and be imperfect, seen and not alone and grow together. And this unit helped me with the content 😊 especially around team vision/collective purpose, and positivity and inclusion. I will continue to create content to get through to leaders and empower them to create psychological safety and awesome cultures for our teams so our folks can flourish.
