Modelling Trusting Behaviours
The importance of building trust in a team really stood out to me. Through transparency and communication and empowering employees, the trust that things are changing for the best will happen organically.
Another big take away was ensuring that you are modelling the behaviour and habits that you're encouraging is so key. It gives employees permission to TRUST they can make things small shifts and changes too!

Trust is so important. It is so true that when we are transparent and communicate, trust builds and we can move forward is such a positive way.
And one of the best ways to build trust is to follow through on what we say we are going to do and lead the way with our choices, actions, and words.
