Something is afoot...
This unit has been very timely because after doing the Ambassador level I have been thinking a lot about leadership and just how important leadership buy in is for creating a culture of wellbeing. I feel like there is some education that needs to happen among leaders to help them realize that wellness isn’t just an HR thing.
It’s leading me to re-think the way I work with clients and how best I can make an impact on an organization. I haven’t totally landed on the answer yet, but thoughts are percolating and I’ve been having more interactions with people who work with leaders, so I know things will fall into place soon. It’s a bit scary, but exciting at the same time.

I absolutely agree. |t has caused a lot of internal reflection and introspection for me. I guess this is where the growth really happens. Challenging our own thinking and decisions and deciding how we can best use our knowledge to help others.
