CWHP-P Reflection: Unit WHPP01

This unit reminded me of all the self-awareness programs (Colors, DISC etc) that I have taken over the years and in most cases the information would then sit on the shelf. During that one-day workshop we were interested in learning about ourselves and others and then we moved on.

Developing connections, trust and empathy for one another depends on the daily energy we put into it, when the focus is moved to profits/expenses it impacts the culture and often diminishing programs such DEI, social committees and drifts away from organizational alignment.

An area I would like to learn more about is the ability sensitivity.
