CWHP-P Reflection: Unit WHPP01

Reflecting on this section, I think I’m fairly strong in leadership ability. Although my positive attitude has slipped a bit over the last year (Oops! Gotta bring that up again!), I think I’m generally a force for good in my organization! I think I’ve built trust

and connection and empathy. I have a transformation style, which I think works well for my role.

My goal now is to continue to work on my own self care and to lead senior leaders in doing the same. Leading by example is so important.

Also, I am committed this year to work with leaders to create a vision that works for them and set up the necessary structures to avoid burn out staff—especially around workload.

This is a job for marathoners, not sprinters!!
