CWHP-P Reflection: Unit WHPP02

Reflecting on this unit what stood out the most to me is to be able to focus on 2 or 3 objectives and measures in creating my strategy. Every organization will have many things that can be incorporated/changed and improved however we need to prioritize and focus on the things that are most important to the stakeholders, will create the biggest impact and ones that we have the resources for. Change is best implemented in small steps and having small obtainable goals. What I will do differently is ensure I am narrowing in on a couple specific objectives and realizes that small changes can make a big difference.
