CWHP-P Reflection: Unit WHPP02

One aspect of this unit that stood out for me, and one that is quite relevant these days, is the idea of a built environment at work.

I’m a huge plant lover (more than 80 plants in my house!) so I absolutely appreciate the idea that your environment affects your wellbeing.

I think this is extremely relevant right now, as companies are figuring out if they want employees to come back to the office, and what they need to do differently to make it so that employees want to be back. Paying attention to things like proximity to nature, retail, and recreation, good lighting and natural elements (such as plants, moss walls, etc), and going even further to create an environment where employees want to be will help these organizations attract staff back to the office.
