Strategic Program Management Unit Key Learnings: 


1. Strategic Health and Performance: Strategic health and performance involves aligning health initiatives with organizational goals to improve overall well-being and productivity.  


2. Governance and Worksite Health and Performance Committees: Establishing governance structures and worksite committees can help in overseeing health and performance initiatives, ensuring accountability, and promoting employee engagement.  


3. Appreciative Strategy: Using an appreciative inquiry approach in strategy development focuses on strengths, successes, and positive experiences to drive organizational change and innovation.  


4. Project Scope: Clearly defining the project scope helps in setting boundaries, managing expectations, and ensuring that deliverables meet the desired outcomes.  


5. Time Cost Quality: Balancing time, cost, and quality is essential in project management to deliver results efficiently without compromising on the quality of the deliverables. 


 6. Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout a project's lifecycle is crucial to minimize potential disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.  


7. Recruitment and Hiring: Effective recruitment and hiring processes are vital for building a skilled and diverse workforce that can contribute to the organization's goals.  


8. Community Partnerships: Collaborating with community partners can enhance organizational impact, promote social responsibility, and create shared value for both parties.  


9. Team Unity: Fostering a sense of unity among team members through effective communication, collaboration, and recognition can boost morale and productivity.  


10. Time Awareness: Being mindful of time constraints and deadlines helps in prioritizing tasks, managing workloads efficiently, and meeting project milestones.  


11. Prioritization: Prioritizing tasks based on importance, urgency, and impact is key to effective time management and goal achievement.  


12. Ethical Practice: Upholding ethical standards in decision-making, communication, and behavior is essential for maintaining trust, integrity, and credibility within the organization.  


13. Simplification: Simplifying processes, communication, and workflows can increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall productivity. 


To ensure that all workplace health and performance strategies, objectives, and priorities achieve the organization’s overall plan, I must apply the above key learnings individually and within group work. These key learnings will be shared with the Wellness committee.
