Project Management is Key
A clear project charter outlining the stakeholders, objectives, risks, resources and responsibilities is important when presenting to the leaders. It provides them an overview of the project, timelines, projected costs and expected results. Connecting health and performance to productivity must be clearly outlined. We are fortunate to have a project management office to help facilitate the creation of the project however, from there it’s all hands on. The inclusion of a budget may include external resources however more then likely strong time management from all the committee members as this would be an additional project. Celebrating the milestones to keep the momentum and engagement will be vital.
