CWHP-P Reflection: Unit WHPP05

I love the excitement that “it’s a movement,” covered in change leadership creates. The word encompasses a large group heading in the same direction, it might be messy but it’s forward. It feels like all hands-on deck and get the job done, levels the position titles and brings us together for a purpose. It would be great for the leaders to head to the stores during peak times to stock shelves and help customers or participate in inventory counts. Building the culture of “we are all in this together,” brings understanding to how each role contributes to the vision and encourages connection.
