Courage to stand alone as the lone-nut, it’s not forever

Gosh, this unit reminded me that its ok that I’ve been feeling like the lone-nut, and that it’s a good thing that I’ve had the courage to stand alone and challenge. I have started a movement, I have started to build my army, but I have lost momentum. I haven’t been sharing/celebrating/communicating all the small wins, we aren’t super clear on one vision/one goal – we have many, so we need to get more clear and aligned so all the wellness champions are rowing in the same direction.

I am also inspired to focus on connection and sharing about the HERO factors of Psychological Capital among wellness champions (Hope, Efficacy, Resilience, Optimism) so they can be the champions of hope, wellness, optimism and transformation in addition to the people leaders in their teams/departments. We have work to do, but it’s great to know we are not alone and we can lean into this awesome community of practitioners. It’s go time!
