Navigating Change and Disruption

love this unit as it's been the force of so much of our work for the past year. What stood out for me was the fact that behavior is role modeled from the top down. This has also been my experience in our organization.

"Be the change you want to see" is a well known saying and such a true statement at that.

All organizations deal with change, some on a large scale and some on a small one. The same rules apply. Keeping all stakeholders involved and keeping open communication is key. Empowering employees to voice their concerns, feeling and thoughts are only powered by the culture that's built.

To successfully implement change there needs to be buy-in from all stakeholders and they need to feel that they are valued, heard and part of the plan. Implementing a change helps when a solid plan is executed and all stakeholders are a part of it. There is solid goals and deliverables and victories, even small ones are celebrated along the way.
