CWHP-P Reflection: Unit WHPP06

I really enjoyed this unit. To me what stood out is how you can transform and create a positive culture in which you can lead by example and create a psychologically safe environment in which employees thrive. I think the term "psychologically safe environment" is underrated. Organizations don't realize the impact that can have on employee growth, confidence and mental well-being. Most organizations analyze different sets of data but taking it a step further and analyzing the root source is where the change will happen.
