Introductions

Hi 🙂

I am a retired police Inspector and now police leadership & wellness Instructor. Based on the toxicity of my former workplace and the substantial harassment, oppression and bullying that I was subjected to, I also created my own working group, Advancing WE in Policing ON and became a master facilitator for Cultivating Safe Workplaces, Elaine Alec. I have been doing some consulting within police services to identify current culture state, provide next steps & ongoing support. I am a huge advocate for advancing inclusion, equity and building relational leadership skills within my profession and believe in the ability to change culture. I am looking forward to increasing my knowledge and skills with the Wellness Works certification and learning from everyone.
