Hello fellow candidates! My name is Ashleigh Hyland (she/her) and I am a program manager for a national non-profit organization called CAPSA. Our mission is to dismantle stigma related to substance use and I have worked with CAPSA for almost 7 years. In this role, we partner with thousands of professionals per year and work to build healthy workplace environments through our workplace wellness program which I had the pleasure of leading and developping, training and education, and consulting supports.
