For many employees, much of their work is completed using a computer, phone, or another form of digital technology. While it has its benefits, these forms of technology have been associated with numerous physical health problems, such as eyestrain and posture-related injuries. At a time when technology has become even more prevalent in many people’s professional lives, what can employers do to prevent their workers from experiencing these health issues; especially if they are working remotely?
