Friendship at Work
As indicated by the Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Questionnaire, employees who have a ‘best’ friend at work are more likely to feel included and valued in the workplace. Since it can be difficult to connect meaningfully with others at work, what are some steps that you have taken to develop close relationships with your co-workers?
