Workplace Training for Digital Technology
Digital technology has become essential for many working people, especially with remote work becoming the norm. As many people are new to using certain digital platforms (e.g. Zoom), this unfamiliarity can lead to new complications (e.g. recording errors, poor Internet quality, and more). Should employers be responsible for providing Internet/digital technology training opportunities to their employees, or should employees be expected to learn independently?
