Wellness Program and Disability Management Specialist, Bank of Canada

About the position Reporting to the Director, Wellness & Employee Relations, this position is essential in providing advice, direction and guidance to employees, leaders and HR colleagues on all matters related to early intervention, accommodation, disability management, workplace injuries, health and safety workplace incidents and complaints, hearing loss prevention program and ergonomics. As a subject matter expert, another key element of this role will be to use the available analytics to continue to evolve disability management, accommodations and wellness services at the Bank with the objective of promoting proactive, integrative and efficient wellness programs which will result in having a positive impact on employees as well as reducing costs to the organization.
